Karen completed the 200-hour yoga teacher certification training with Wisdom Flow Yoga in Maui, Hawaii. Her love for teaching, healing, and her keen communication style bring depth, wisdom, and empathy to each yoga class and one-on-one session. She has studied with premier teachers, including those specializing in Anusara, traditional Hatha, Yoga Therapy, and Bikram Yoga.

Several years ago to offset shoulder pain and contraction caused by working long days in the computer software industry, Karen began practicing yoga. Yoga also provided additional depth, strength, and wholistic balance when training for her black belt in martial arts, as well as in her practice of other athletics. Her unique ability to bridge yoga with those practices helps you to release tension related to working at a computer and enhance the activities important in your life.
